Free means free — no minimum spend, no codes. Most of our little parcels fit through the letterbox, so there's usually no waiting in for the postie.
Every order is picked and packed by hand from our UK studio, normally within 1–2 working days. Around big seasonal moments it can occasionally take a day longer — we'll always let you know if so.
You'll get an email the moment your parcel is posted. If you chose a tracked service, that email includes your Royal Mail tracking number.
We're happy to post internationally — sent at cost, from £8.99 depending on service and destination, shown at checkout once we know where you are. A heads-up for friends abroad: any customs or import charges at your end are yours to cover, and delivery times vary by destination.
Royal Mail asks us to allow 10 working days (UK) before a parcel is considered lost. If yours hasn't arrived by then, email enquiries@themossandmuse.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it, replace it, or refund it — whatever suits you best.
