From our packing station to your letterbox — here's how your parcel travels.
Free UK shipping on every single order — no minimum spend, no codes, no catches. We pack and post Monday to Friday via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you'll always know where your parcel's at. Order before 3pm and it's out the door the same day. Popping somewhere further afield, somewhere else? Ask us!
Free means free — no minimum spend, no codes. Every UK order goes out via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you'll always have tracking and a delivery window, at no extra cost to you.
Packing times
We pick, pack and post Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or over the weekend, go out on the next working day. We don't dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
Tracking your order
You'll get an email the moment your parcel is posted, including your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Worldwide shipping
We're happy to post internationally, and every international order is fully tracked — no exceptions:
We currently ship to the UK, all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Somewhere else lovely? Drop us a line at enquiries@themossandmuse.co.uk and we'll happily check whether we can get a tracked parcel to you.
A heads-up for friends abroad
Any customs or import charges at your end are yours to cover — these are set by your country, not by us, and they're not included in our shipping price. Delivery times vary by destination, and things like customs checks, strikes or weather at the receiving end can occasionally add delays that are outside our (and Royal Mail's) hands. Your tracking number works the whole way, so you'll always be able to see where your parcel is.
