We hand-pack within 1 working days, then Royal Mail takes over: 2–3 working days on Tracked 48 (free, and you can follow it), or next working day on Tracked 24. Most parcels fit through the letterbox, so no waiting in.

UK standard delivery is free on every order — no minimum, no codes. In a hurry? Tracked 24 is £4.49. Posting abroad is charged at cost by destination. Full details on the shipping page.

We do! Pop your address in at checkout and you'll see the services and rates for your country. Just note any customs or import charges at your end are yours to cover. Prices may vary from our estimates. (Europe plus the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan).

Happily — every order is packed by hand anyway! Enter your message at checkout and we'll tuck a handwritten note inside. We also offer hand-wrapping for £2.99 at checkout.

Oh no — email us within 30 days with a quick photo and your order number, and we'll refund it, return postage on us. No hoops, promise.

Yes! We're mossandmuse on eBay, with 1,000+ orders and 99+% happy feedback. Same shelves, same hand-packing — this is just our own front door. Because stock is shared, things very occasionally sell out in both places at once; if that catches your order we'll refund straight away.

Sometimes, depending on what it is and how busy the packing station gets — it never hurts to ask. Just note custom-made items can't be returned unless faulty. If you would like a bulk order on something unique or something we already sell please send us a message and we'll sort you out!

Most of our supplies are for adults and older makers, with small parts and the odd sharp edge, so they're not toys. Items suitable for children say so on their page, and little ones should always craft with a grown-up nearby.
