We hand-pack within 1–2 working days, then Royal Mail takes over: 3–5 working days on 2nd Class, or next working day on Tracked 24. Most parcels fit through the letterbox, so no waiting in.

UK standard delivery is free on every order — no minimum, no codes. In a hurry? Tracked 24 is £4.49. Posting abroad is charged at cost by destination. Full details on the shipping page.

We do! Pop your address in at checkout and you'll see the services and rates for your country. Just note any customs or import charges at your end are yours to cover.

You'll get an email the moment your order is posted — and if you chose a tracked service, it includes your Royal Mail tracking number.

Happily — every order is packed by hand anyway! Email us your message straight after ordering (with your order number) and we'll tuck a handwritten note inside, no charge.

Oh no — email us within 30 days with a quick photo and your order number, and we'll refund or replace it, return postage on us. No hoops, promise.

Yes! We're mossandmuse on eBay, with 1,000+ orders and 99.4% happy feedback. Same shelves, same hand-packing — this is just our own front door. Because stock is shared, things very occasionally sell out in both places at once; if that catches your order we'll refund straight away.

Sometimes, depending on what it is and how busy the packing station gets — it never hurts to ask. Just note custom-made items can't be returned unless faulty.

Our bits are meant for adults and older makers — lots of small parts and the odd sharp edge, so they're not toys. Little ones should craft with a grown-up nearby.
