Who we are

Moss & Muse is the trading name of GR Art & Design Ltd, a UK company, and we're the "data controller" for anything you share with us. Questions about this policy go to enquiries@themossandmuse.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

• Your name and delivery address — so your parcel finds you.
• Your email address — for your order confirmation and dispatch/tracking emails.
• Your order history — so we can help if something goes wrong, and because tax rules say we must keep records.

That's the lot. We collect it because we need it to fulfil your order (in GDPR language, "performance of a contract"). Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider — your card details never reach us.

Emails

We only send emails about your order: a confirmation when you buy, and a dispatch email (with tracking, where available) when it's posted. No newsletters, no marketing, no "we miss you" nudges — if that ever changes, we'd ask you first.

Who we share it with

• Royal Mail — your name and address, to deliver the parcel.
• Our payment provider — processes your payment on their own secure systems.

Nobody else. We never sell or rent your details, full stop.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years because UK tax law requires it, then deleted.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to make the shop work — like remembering what's in your bag. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party snooping — which is why there's no cookie banner nagging you. If we ever add anything non-essential, we'll ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where the tax rules allow) — just email enquiries@themossandmuse.co.uk. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
